The Iveragh Group is developing a 4 storey building over basement carpark which will comprise of 77 high quality, professionally managed student and self-catering holiday apartment suites (comprising 65 no. single suites, 8 no. twin suites and 4 no. two bed suites) specifically designed for use during the college semester by senior undergraduates, post-graduates and visiting academics and in the summer season by short term tourist visitors.

Our apartments and studios are provided fully serviced offering comfort, security and the luxury of a fully furnished suite whilst also benefitting from community living in the shared common/social spaces and terrace areas suitable for students and tourists alike.  There is also provision in basement for car parking and bicycle spaces.

The Swuite Bohermore brand has been developed so that all of our residents can avail of the highest quality living and at affordable rates. Our generous size rooms cater for single use and are all fitted out with private ensuite bathrooms, ample wardrobe and under-bed storage, a double size bed and a stylish kitchenette. We have also dedicated universal access suites.
